6608 Series at a Glance

Up to 7 feed stations
Configure a high-capacity document feeder (up to 725 sheets), one or two production feeders, standard/special feeders, and short feed trays.
10" graphics touchscreen
A larger control panel than the 6406 Series, still with AutoSet automatic setup and up to 50 programmable jobs.
Bigger envelope hopper
Holds up to 500 envelopes and refills on-the-fly, reducing how often an operator has to stop the run.
Optional booklet feeding
A thin booklet feeder option lets the 6608 handle booklets, not just flat sheets, up to 2.5mm thick.
Optional intelligent scanning
A CIS scanner option reads OMR, 1D/2D barcodes, QR, and OCR anywhere on the page for automated matching.

Best Fit
The 6608 Series is the ceiling of the 6000-class before stepping into true production.
Buyers here usually have outgrown a 6406 configuration, need to insert booklets alongside sheets, or are running close to daily production-level volume without wanting the footprint of a 7000-class system.
If your monthly volume regularly exceeds 80,000 pieces, the 7104 Series is the natural next conversation.
Good fit if you are mailing:
- Mid-volume mail approaching 80,000 pieces a month
- Jobs that combine booklets with standard sheet inserts
- Multiple document types needing up to 7 feed stations
- Runs where minimizing hopper refills matters for uptime
Consider the 7104 Series instead if:
- Monthly volume is regularly above 80,000 pieces
- You need up to 17 feed stations across 8 modules
- You want an accumulator/divert deck and output conveyor
- You need unlimited programmable jobs and a 22" touchscreen
